LaserTat is undoubtedly the most trusted laser tattoo removal provider in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded in 2012 by Amanda McKinnon, we have successfully faded and removed thousands of tattoos.

Our fearless leader is the driving force behind everything that we do here at LaserTat. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone that comes through our doors feels comfortable and is treated with respect, no matter their circumstances. Before founding LaserTat, Amanda worked in various business management and administrative roles: but it wasn't for her. With the desire to further improve others' lives, she knew she had something far more significant to offer.
Amanda was inspired to dive into the world of laser tattoo removal by her husband Kelly, a well-respected tattoo artist in Adelaide — Yep! He puts them on, and she takes them off! Amanda purchased her first laser tattoo removal machine in 2012 and opened the doors to LaserTat in Adelaide's historical port-side town of Port Adelaide. Fast forward to today, and LaserTat has grown more than we ever dreamed possible. As our clientele increased, we expanded next door with a dedicated space for tattoo removal with 3 treatments rooms.

Due to the rise in demand for affordable laser tattoo removal, our team has grown exponentially in just a few short years. Over the past 12 months alone, we've seen our most considerable growth to date, with our team actually doubling in size! We all receive regular training upskilling to keep up with the latest technology, techniques, and trends to ensure that we're providing the best level of care that we can.
Amanda also volunteers her time as a mentor for Business SA in both their SAYES and Encore programs. I'm sure that we can all agree that she was a well-deserving finalist for the Telstra SA Women's Business Awards in 2020!
It's this desire to give back and help others that inspired Amanda to launch the Fresh Start Program back in 2019. To make laser tattoo removal more accessible to people in vulnerable and financially unstable circumstances, we offer free laser tattoo removal for those who desperately want to leave their past and unwanted tattoos behind them.
